eTAP Cancellation Policy

Monthly Membership:

If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your Membership, you can cancel by contacting customer_service@etap.org. Partial monthly Membership fees will not be refunded. Please cancel before the next Membership fee is charged to your credit card.

Yearly Membership:

eTAP has a a 30 day money back guarantee. If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your Membership we will refund your Membership fee. If you wish to cancel within the first 30 days of your membership and wish to receive a full refund please send a cancellation and/or refund request to customer_service@etap.org. After 30 days the yearly Membership fee will not be refunded.
