We often deal with uncertainty of some events that are related to each other. For example, when you roll a die, the probability of getting a 5 depends on the probability of getting an odd number. Such relationships can happen in many of uncertain experiments is everyday life.
In this lesson, we will examine some of such relationships, and will discuss the role they play in solving some of the uncertain problems.
Upon completing this lesson, you will know:
what is the probability of an event
what are mutually exclusive events
what are the joint events
what is geometric probability.
